The Networker products are aimed at network devices that manage traffic. They offer 24 x 7 real-time monitoring, alerting and reporting of availability, link utilization, hardware parameters and connectivity parameters.

Any network traffic management device that is IPand SNMP enabled and that is reachable from the Internet: Routers, Switches, manageable Hubs, Firewalls, Load balancers, VPN concentrators, Remote access servers. We monitor the following OEM products as standard: Cisco, Nortel/Bay, 3-Com, Juniper, Enterasys, Extreme, Netsweep, Sonicwall, but can monitor any other product that is SNMP enabled.

Client notification only takes place when events and status changes have been investigated and filtered by the Optimacy Networks technical support team.This reduces the chance of false and needless escalations. All confirmed status changes are reflected immediately on your individually customised web based status screen. In addition to this there are a number of notification options for you to choose from: SMS text*, pager, e-mail, telephone** and fax.

The standard polling frequency is set to once in every five minutes. Given that we investigate all status changes and alerts we are able to notify you within fifteen minutes of an event requiring your attention taking place.

In addition to the status screen, all availability and performance data is presented to you in easy-to-view graphical and statistical summaries. These reports allow you increased visibility of your performance trends and therefore allow for fact-based decision making. Historical data for up to six months is available as a standard.
